Here’s how it’s done: Season a rack o’ribs with salt & pepper and place on baking sheet. Give‘em a quick 5 minute broil before turnin’ down to 150°C (300°F). Let‘em go for 1½ hours, slather with sauce and cover. Repeat this every 20 minutes for 1½ hours. Serve with a whack of sauce on the side for dippin’.

Because of our BRC certifications we are unable to take products back into our facility. This is to ensure there is no cross contamination from untraceable or audit able sources. For recall purposes we track the source of all our supplied products coming to us. Once it leaves our facility and it's in transit we lose this capability and control.
