Our line of tried and true seasonings have worked their way into the hearts
and onto the dinner plates of Canadians across our great land. Some are
reminiscent of the scented air of a Sunday feast at your Grandmother's
house. Others, like our Truffle Mashed Potato Seasoning, will inspire you
to create your very own traditions.
Suggested recipe: Serves 4-6 people. Cut 12 small roasting potatoes 2 lbs (1 kg.) into quarters. In a large bowl, toss potatoes in 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of oil and 2 level tbsp. (20 g) of Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Potato Seasoning. Place seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350 °F for 30-45 min. Turn potatoes once, halfway through cooking time. For golden brown oven roasted potatoes increase temperature to 400 °F during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
